Our digital blueprints, cultural schematics, and library masterplans are viewed as high-density knowledge assets. The professional transaction is considered fully realized and executed at the point where digital access is granted.
- Due to the irreversible nature of information transfer, the core value of our curatorial logic is considered delivered upon the opening of the digital asset.
- We invite all clients to confirm technical requirements and file formats prior to acquisition.
2. Advisory and Diagnostic Engagement
For human-centric analysis, such as the Cultural Asset Audit (ID 4):
- Pre-Diagnostic Window: A refund is available only if the request is submitted prior to the individual providing library data or metadata for review.
- In-Progress Reviews: Once our curators have begun the review of your collection and the recording of the diagnostic has initiated, the engagement fee is non-retractable.
3. Technical Support and Systemic Fidelity
- Access Continuity: Should a technical barrier prevent the utilization of a toolkit or the viewing of a masterclass, our support team will restore functionality within 12 business hours.
- Curatorial Accuracy: If a material error is identified within a technical blueprint, a corrected and updated version will be issued as a priority.
